The late bird never gets the early worm

well as some of you may know, i'am one of those thousands of people that simply just can't resist in hogging up the bed for an extra long nap time.... some say that we sleep longer cause we don't sleep earlier at night..... some say because we're having a VERY sweet dream.... never to mention when you had some or a lot of shots last night... hehe

well the reason of why people wake up late in the morning is not definite.... but we do know once we do wake up from a long nap is a serious headache and an empty stomach....

i, as an example, normally wake up at about 10 am max ( or longer ).... and when i get up, i get a very serious headache and i could hear my empty stomach growling at me and saying "feed me!".... i hate waking up feeling so misserable but that's what i get from sleeping late at night....

as a tip from all of those insomniacs out there that just hate sleeping early but also hate waking up like ur on crack..... sleep as early as u can! dont say "am still not sleepy"... well of the love of christ force urself to sleep earlier.... another tip is to take a nice glass of warm milk.. it helps calm ur senses before u sleep..... and lastly, eat heavy food before u go to bed... it lessens your hunger when you wake up.... hehe

so guys.... to close this topic down.... try to think good thoughts so that u could sleep nicely at night... it helps ease the headaches when you wake up..... and remember, the late bird never gets the early worm.... if you know what i mean....
